We provide weekly, and biweekly service plans, as well as one-time services to help maintain and keep a healthy, clean yard year-round. We are currently serving the entire Fort Worth metroplex, and all of its suburbs. The company was founded by service industry professionals, with a combined 30 years experience in customer & service industry management who have a great compassion for dogs.

How Our Service Works
1. Sign Up
We offer an easy online sign-up process for our weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time pet waste removal services. For more information, visit our FAQ page or scroll up to the top of this page and select “Get Started” to sign up.
If you would like to sign up over the phone you can give us a call at 817-941-4222 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
2. Get your Yard Scooped
Our technician will be at your home on your scheduled day(s) every week. You Do NOT have to be home for us to scoop your yard, but please just make sure we have access to the areas you want serviced.
What can you expect on your service day?
- Email notification the night before your service day(s). Optional
- Text notifications, “On the Way” (up to 1 hour in advance), and “Job completed.” Optional
- Reliable Scooper will arrive in our branded vehicle to service your yard.
- Thorough scooping of your yard, we walk the yard 2 to 3 times until your yard is spotless of poop.
- Waste Hauled off your property, including all poop bags when we finish scooping.
- Yard deodorizer servicing after scooping. Optional service
- Picture of Shut/Locked Gate after Servicing. Optional

Can I sign up online?

Do i have to be home when you service the yard?
No, as long as we have permission and are able to access the yard you do not have to be home while we scoop. Details on what to expect will be included on your Welcome Email after you sign up.
Can my Dogs be in the yard while you scoop?
Absolutely! We love dogs and don’t mind working around them, as long as they are friendly. However if a vicious or not so friendly dog is in the yard when we arrive we will not enter until the dog is inside or secured.
What time can i expect your tech to arrive?
Due to the nature of the pet waste removal business, we don’t generally have a set arrival time. You can expect our Tech to arrive on your scheduled day(s) generally between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm. Your day(s) will be included in your Welcome Email after sign up.
