General Service Questions
The Easiest way to sign up for one of our monthly service packages is Online using our Easy Online Quoting system. You can get a quote HERE. OR simply give us a call at 817-941-4222.
No, You may cancel at anytime. We do ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your next scheduled appointment if possible. If there are any Invoices paid in advance they will be credited back.
You will be Emailed within 12 hours of the complete details of what comes next. Including: What to Expect, How services will be performed, Your Service day(s), & Billing/Payment Information.
YES! We offer a one time scoop service without having to sign up for a monthly service package. The details can be found on our Pricing Page. Or, click QUOTE at the top of this page to get started with an Online Quote.
The technician will arrive to scoop your yard on your particular day anytime between the hours of 7:30am-7:00pm. We don’t have specific appointment times, as our days are in constant motion and move at different paces, so it would not be feasible.
- Combination Lock: If you have a lock on your gate and would like to keep it that way, we would need the combination to access the yard on your service day.
- Key Lock: If it is a key lock, then it will need to be removed or unlocked on your service day in order for our technicians to access the yard.
- Solution: If you have a key lock but can’t be there to open it every day or think you might forget, we have a solution. We provide our own combination locks free of charge throughout your service with us. Let us know once you sign up for service if you are interested.
Yes, for the most part.
- Rain – We generally will work in the rain, as long as its not too heavy or flooding. If we cant work for any weather related reason the customers on that day will be notified and rescheduled to the next day.
- Snow/Ice – We generally will not work on these days, unless its a Light Snow/Sleet. Customers will be contacted when we will be able to reschedule services.
No, we are as upfront as possible with pricing and any charges that you will incur while doing business with us.
Yes but it will be Waived if a customer signs up for a weekly, or bi-weekly service plan, and continues service for a minimum of 2 months.
If, for whatever reason a customer needs to quit service before the 2 months is up, we will have to charge an initial scoop charge of $40 to their final bill. This helps recoup any financial losses we obtain due to the time it took for us to service the yard on the Free 1st visit.
Billing Questions
You will be billed on the 1st of every month for services incurred throughout the month before, with a payment due net 15. Auto-draft customers cards will be processed 15 days after the invoice is received.

Paperless Billing (Preferred): We recommend using our paperless billing method which you will receive an email on the 1st of every month with a detailed invoice of services provided for the previous month.
Papered Billing: We can still send papered bills every month if you prefer, but we will need to be contacted post signup to arrange it, and there will be an extra charge of $1 added to every invoice.
Yes. This is the preferred method. We use a secured customer portal for Autodraft payments, as well as a Pay Directly from Invoice method.
- Pay direct from invoice – Customers who prefer to make each invoice payment manually can use a secure payment link attached to their monthly invoices. Payments accepted are Credit Cards, Apple Pay, & PayPal.
- Auto Draft – This is the ideal for most customers, Once signed up you will be prompted through the customer portal if you would like to add a Credit/Debit Card to make auto drafted payments every month.
- Check Payments – this method is not used by many folks anymore but we still accept it. You may pay your technician via Check or Cash when they arrive on your day to service the yard, or you can make checks payable to Scoop It LLC and send to 1090 Texan Trail #589, Grapevine, TX 76051
