General Service Questions

The Easiest way to sign up for one of our monthly service packages is Online using our Easy Online Quoting system.  You can get a quote HERE.  OR simply give us a call at 817-941-4222.

No, You may cancel at anytime.  We do ask that you contact us within 24 hours of your next scheduled appointment if possible.  If there are any Invoices paid in advance they will be credited back.

You will be Emailed within 24 hours of the complete details of what comes next.  Including: What to Expect, How services will be performed, Your Service day(s), & Billing/Payment Information.

YES! We offer a one time scoop service without having to sign up for a monthly service package.  The details can be found on our Pricing Page.  Or, click HERE to get started with an Online Quote.

The technician will arrive to scoop your yard on your particular day anytime between the hours of 7:30am-7:00pm.  We don’t have specific appointment times, as our days are in constant motion and move at different paces, so it would not be feasible.

  • Combination Lock: If you have a Lock on your gate and would like to keep it that way we would need the combination to access the yard on your service day. 
  • Key Lock: If it is a key lock then it will need to be removed/unlocked on your service day in order for our technicians to access the yard.
  • Solution: If you have a Key Lock but cant be there to open it everyday or think you might forget, we have a solution.  We Provide our own Combination Locks FREE of charge throughout your service with us.  Let us know once you sign up for service if interested.

Yes, for the most part.

  • Rain – We generally will work in the rain, as long as its not too heavy or flooding.  If we cant work for any weather related reason the customers on that day will be notified and rescheduled to the next day.
  • Snow/Ice – We generally will not work on these days, unless its a Light Snow/Sleet. Customers will be contacted when we will be able to reschedule services.

No, we are as upfront as possible with pricing and any charges that you will incur while doing business with us.

This is a one time charge of $40 for your 1st Service.  The reason we have to charge it is because we don’t know how much poop to expect or how long it will take on that day since it is the first day of service with us.  Rest assured after your first service day going forward you will only be charged for whichever plan you signed up for.

Payment & Billing Questions

You will be billed on the 1st of every month for services incurred throughout the month before.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Preferred Method)
  • Paypal
  • Zelle
  • Bank Transfer

Paperless Billing (Preferred): We recommend using our paperless billing method which you will receive an email on the 1st of every month with a detailed invoice of services provided for the previous month.

Papered Billing: We can still send papered bills every month if you prefer, you will be prompted during sign up to select this method.

Yes.  This is the preferred method.  We use a secured customer portal to allow clients to make payments from the portal.

  • Auto Draft – This is the ideal for most customers, Once signed up you will be prompted through the customer portal if you would like to add a Credit/Debit Card to make auto drafted payments every month.
  • One Time – If you would prefer to make the payments yourself every month you can do so through our customer portal as well.
